Popsicle stick snowflakes

Posted on: January 14, 2012

My daughter and I did this craft a few years ago.  It was one that we loved so much that we hung these up in our “office”, and these snowflake popsicle sticks are still hung up in our “office”.

Today is the perfect day to show you these popsicle stick snowflakes because we have had our very first snowfall.

We used only paper plates, popsicle sticks, glue, glitter, and ribbon, but feel free to have crayons, markers, different colored popsicle sticks, and different colored glitter so that children can create a one-of-a-kind snowflake.

Glue the popsicle sticks to the paper plate in a snowflake shape.  Decorate using crayons, glitter, markers, etc.

Add ribbon to the plate and admire your popsicle stick snowflake for years, like we did.

Let it snow, let it snow, let … the sun shine!!
